A YAML-configured Python pipeline that daily scans C Spire's Discount Account Request database, builds an Excel report of flagged billing accounts, and auto-files a ServiceNow ticket with it attached, eliminating a recurring manual reporting task for the Billing team.

A Python audit tool that queries C Spire's Oracle billing catalogue to catch mismatched International Day Pass plans before they reach customers, replacing a tedious manual check with a single, CI/CD-ready command the Billing team can run in any environment.

BBVA Lockbox Zero-Payment Auto-Ignore

Fixed the BBVA lockbox payment flow's error-checking logic so it auto-clears harmless $0 payment rejections while still halting on real errors, removing a manual step operators had to run by hand on every batch.
